Service Description
Receive a 30-minute Reiki session while resting on a therapeutic mat that combines pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF), far infrared warmth, and gentle red/photon light. The mat helps your body relax more deeply, soften muscle tension, and support a calmer nervous system so you can receive the Reiki energy with greater ease. You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on the mat for the entire session. This service is offered only at Holistic Solutions at Nashville Wellness with more days planned as the service grows. A brief PEMF intake and consent form are required before your first session.
