Can’t make it to the office—or don’t live nearby? Telehealth sessions are available so you can receive personalized holistic care from the comfort of your own home. A focused check-in to review progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan - plus scan review when needed. In this visit, we will: * Review what's improved and what's still bothering you * Update your food/lifestyle plan and priorities * Decide clear next steps until your next visit After you book: You'll receive an email with simple mailing instructions and where to send your sample. Bioenergetic scan + frequency imprinting: You will mail a small hair/saliva sample. I will scan it and imprint supportive/balancing frequencies, then send your results and recommendations within 3 business days. Important: I don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
