Service Description
Your first visit is a relaxed, in-depth conversation about your well-being. In this visit, we will: * Review your health history and goals * Complete a bioenergetic scan to look at root-cause patterns * Build foundational food and lifestyle recommendations What is included: * One imprinted item (a frequency patch) is included in the price * Your personalized action plan by email within 7 days * Remedies and tools as needed, such as imprinted drops, jewelry, supplements, homeopathic remedies, Bach Flowers and essential oils (imprinted drops, quartz crystals and jewelry carry an additional fee) Before your visit: All clients complete the secure Naturopathic Intake Form. You receive it after you book. Good to know: Bring back any unused patches, quartz crystals or jewelry. They can be reused and reimprinted at no additional fee. This work complements the care from your primary care provider. April is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe.
