Service Description
Experience a 30-minute restorative session on a therapeutic mat that combines pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF), far infrared warmth, and gentle red/photon light. This non-invasive session is designed to support relaxation, healthy circulation, muscle and joint comfort, and overall nervous-system balance. You remain fully clothed and simply rest on the mat while it runs through a preset program tailored to your needs. This service is offered only at Holistic Solutions at Nashville Wellness with additional days to be added in the future. A brief intake and consent form are required before your first session.
