Service Description
Set aside an hour for deeper full-body support on our PEMF + Infrared + Photon Light therapy mat. This 60-minute session allows more time for your body to unwind, supporting circulation, muscle and joint comfort, sleep quality, and a calmer, more regulated nervous system. You’ll lie comfortably clothed on the mat while pulsed electromagnetic fields, far infrared heat, and soft red/photon light work together to encourage balance and restoration. This service is offered only at Holistic Solutions at Nashville Wellness with additional days to be added in the future. A brief intake and consent form are required before your first session.
