If you’re reading this, chances are you’re dealing with a weakened immune system, chronic illness, or unexplained fatigue. Maybe your symptoms began after a round of antibiotics, or you’ve recently developed new food sensitivities. These can all be signs of an imbalanced gastrointestinal (GI) tract.

My first recommendation? Heal your gut. It’s essential to repair the damage done to your intestinal lining. Start by removing offending foods from your diet. This often involves a 3-week elimination diet to help identify any food allergies or intolerances. Alternatively, you can opt for an IgG blood test, which—based on both my experience and research—has proven to be the most accurate for detecting sensitivities.
Next, add a high-quality pre- and probiotic to your daily regimen. While your gut is healing, use a therapeutic dose; once balanced, you can shift to a maintenance dose.
After allowing your gut time to heal, the next step is a cleanse or detox—specifically one designed to eliminate toxins from the colon and intestinal tract. It’s important that this step comes after gut healing. If your intestinal lining is still compromised, releasing toxins can allow them to leak into your bloodstream, making you feel worse—and potentially causing toxins to settle in your organs.
There are several cleanses I recommend, including a candida cleanse and a heavy metal detox. Where there’s candida, heavy metals are often present too. I’d love to help you find the right program for your needs.

Healing our family’s leaky gut and detoxing from candida and heavy metals has been life-changing. My kids’ hyperactivity slowed dramatically, their focus and moods improved, and they’ve had far fewer illnesses. Best of all? I got my sweet boys back.
